The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (CCCCC), along with Blockchain & Climate
Institute and Climatecoin, is excited to invite expressions of interest (EOI) from potential funders
and supporters for the Caribbean Community Climate Blockchains Incubator (CCCBI) program.
The CCCCC is an intergovernmental organization established by the CARICOM Heads of
Governments to coordinate the Caribbean’s response to climate change. The CCCBI program aims
to create an enabling environment for incubating locally-owned climate blockchain solutions
across the Caribbean Community, fostering innovation and accelerating local climate actions. We
believe your organization’s involvement as a funder can greatly enhance climate action in the
region through the utilization of blockchain technology, unlocking innovation and enhancing
climate resilience.

Please submit your EOI with the subject line, “Expression of Interest for CCCBI Program”, to
the following email addresses on or before 23:00 CST on 14 July 2023:

  • agilharry@caribbeanclimate.bz Information Systems and Big Data Analyst, Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre
  • candice.dupreez@blockchainclimate.org Director of Capacity Building, Blockchain & Climate Institute
  • samuel.lee@climatecoin.com Head of Strategy and Operations, Climatecoin

Upon receipt of your EOI, the coordinators at CCCBI will be delighted to arrange a bilateral
session with your organization. This session aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the
program and foster mutual understanding to assess the suitability of organizational involvement.
Programme Coordinators will carefully assess the alignment and suitability of applications, taking
into account the interests of programme owners and member states.

In order to foster vision alignment with potential funders, we recommend a minimum financial
contribution in the range of US$ 100k – 150k
.
