The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (the Centre) has received financing from Green Climate Fund (GCF), toward the cost of the project titled “Capacity Building to facilitate Climate Resilience in Disaster Risk Management and Private Sector Access to Climate finance in St. Kitts and Nevis and hereby invites suitably qualified Companies/Firms to submit Expressions of Interest for the contract “ Consulting Firm to Develop a National Hydrology, Meteorology and Climate Services Policy & Governance Framework for the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis (NHMCPG) ” (the Services).

All suitably qualified Companies/Firms are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) which should include the following application documents:

  1. Letter of motivation outlining motivation and how your experience, skills, qualifications, and professional networks fit with the required job description
  2. Technical Proposal to include:
  • Proposed methodology, and work plan including duration of activities and key milestones (5 pages maximum)
  • Qualification and experience of the Firm relevant to the assignment
  • Firm’s Certificate of Registration
  • Curriculum vitae or Résumé with full details of experience, achievements, qualifications, and names of the proposed key experts (Strategic Planner, and Meteorologist)  
  • Contact details of three (3) project references
  1. Financial Proposal to include:
  • Budget breakdown for key activities (The amount should include Professional fees, travel and non-travel related costs, tax obligation and profits)
