The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (the Centre) has received financing from Green Climate Fund (GCF), toward the cost of the project titled Water Sector Resilience Nexus for Sustainability in Barbados (WSRN S-Barbados)” and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the contracting of a Consultant for a Public Outreach and Awareness Campaign, WSRN S-Barbados (the Services).

Suitably qualified Firms are invited to submit an Expression of Interest which should include the following application documents:

  • Letter of motivation outlining motivation and how your firms experience, skills, qualifications, and professional networks fit with the required job description and Firms Certificate of Incorporation.
  • Technical Proposal to include:
    • Proposed methods and approaches to be used, demonstrating feasibility, soundness, and practicability and workplan (5 pages maximum)
    • Qualifications of the Firm relevant to the exercise
    • Key Experts curriculum vitae or resume with full details of experience, achievements, qualification, and contact details of project references
    • Contact details of three (3) professional references.
  • Financial Proposal to include:
    • Budget inclusive of breakdown of costs for key activities (The amount            should include Professional fees, non-travel related costs, travel related          expenses, tax obligation and profits).
