IOM Belize under the Migration Environment and Climate Change Project is seeking a consultant to develop a communication strategy for the Government of Belize regarding the main outputs of the project “Building the capacities of the government of Belize to address the challenges associated with migration and climate change in vulnerable coastal communities”
