The Government of Italy has has a long standing relationship with the Centre, from its inception to the present.

The following list of projects are currently being implemented with funding from the Government of Italy by way of an MOU with CARICOM.  Under this agreement, eleven projects have been approved and are being implemented at a cost of US$7.64Million, in 10 countries of the Caribbean. The Centre is the implementing agency for eight (8) of the eleven projects.
