All complaints are received by the Human Resources Manager who forwards these to the relevant Unit in the Centre. Project related complaints are forwarded to the Head, Project Development and Management Unit and the corresponding Project Manager.
You will receive a confirmation of receipt. Please allow 10 working days for processing and response to your message.
